Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at luisavi88@outlook.com and we will process your return, and you will need to return the item to the address we specify. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Please understand that custom items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund, too.
